Quality Guarantee Returns
We accept return requests for the following situations:

✓ Shipping Damage - Product damaged upon receipt
✓ Specification Mismatch - Received product does not match order description
✓ Wrong Item Shipped - We sent the wrong product
✓ Compatibility Issues - Product incompatible with described vehicle model (vehicle information proof required)
Return Conditions:
- Must be requested within 30 days of receipt
- Product must remain in brand new condition - uninstalled, unused, no scratches
- Clear photos or videos proving the quality issue required
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and authenticity labels
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team with order number and proof of issue
- Our technical team will review within 48 hours
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and address
- Return shipping for quality issues is covered by GASHOO
Non-Quality Returns
We DO NOT accept returns for the following situations:

✗ Product has been installed, used, or shows installation marks
✗ Beyond 30-day return period
✗ Custom colors, engraving, or special order products
✗ Customer ordered without confirming vehicle compatibility

Refund Method
- Quality issue returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method after approval
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
- Option to choose exchange or refund
Exchange Policy
- Color/style exchange: Only for unopened, brand new condition; customer bears round-trip shipping
