We accept return requests for the following situations:

✓ Wrong Item Shipped - We sent the wrong product

Return Conditions:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of receipt
  • Product must remain in brand new condition - uninstalled, unused, no scratches
  • Clear photos or videos proving the quality issue required
  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and authenticity labels

Return Process:

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and address
  4. Return shipping for quality issues is covered by GASHOO

Non-Quality Returns

We DO NOT accept returns for the following situations:

✗ Beyond 30-day return period

Motorcycle modification parts are precision components, and international shipping costs are substantial. Non-quality returns incur high round-trip international shipping fees (typically 40-60% of product value), and resale would compromise our quality assurance standards.

Refund Method

  • Quality issue returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method after approval
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
  • Option to choose exchange or refund

Exchange Policy

  • Color/style exchange: Only for unopened, brand new condition; customer bears round-trip shipping
